1. Definitions
"Privana," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Privana Technologies, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
"Site" refers to privana.net and any sub-pages.
"Service" refers to the Site and all digital goods, license keys, and related support.
"Product" refers to any digital license, key, or download sold via the Site.
"User," "You," or "Your" refers to any person or entity accessing or purchasing from the Site.
"License" refers to the limited, non-transferable right to use a Product under these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Description of Service
Privana sells digital license keys for software utilities intended for advanced customization. All Products are delivered electronically; no physical items are shipped.
5. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be 13 years or older (or the age of digital-contract majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
6. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You agree not to share your license key or purchased product access with others. Shared, leaked, or resold keys will be voided without refund.
7. Licensing
7.1 Each License is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked for breach of these Terms. 7.2 Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any License or Product is prohibited. 7.3 We reserve the right to deactivate a License if fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
8. Payment, Pricing & Taxes
8.1 Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. 8.2 You authorize Privana to charge your selected payment method for all purchases and applicable taxes. 8.3 Sales-tax obligations, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location.
9. Refund & Chargeback Policy
9.1 All sales are final once a license key is delivered. No refunds will be issued for any redeemed, activated, or used keys—regardless of timing or justification. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued after key delivery unless explicitly approved by Privana Technologies, LLC. 9.2 Refunds may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
a) The license key is unredeemed and unused.
b) The request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
c) The request includes valid proof of purchase and justification.
d) Privana may require internal verification of license status and access logs before issuing any refund. 9.3 Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Privana Technologies, LLC and are considered final. 9.4 Approved refunds, if granted, may take up to 10 business days to process. 9.5 Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in the revocation of your license(s), loss of access to our services, and permanent disqualification from future purchases. 9.6 Chargeback abuse will result in permanent revocation of all associated licenses, a ban from future purchases, and may be reported to fraud prevention services and payment processors.
10. Digital Delivery
10.1 A Product is considered “delivered” once the license key or download link is displayed on-screen or sent to the email you provided. 10.2 You are responsible for safeguarding the key upon delivery; we are not liable for loss or unauthorized use after that point. 10.3 We do not provide replacements or re-issuance for lost, stolen, or misused license keys after delivery.
11. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
In violation of any applicable law or third-party terms;
To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
To engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct. We may suspend or terminate access for any AUP breach.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code distributed via Privana are protected by U.S. and international IP laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
13. Third-Party Services & Links
Products may interact with third-party platforms. Privana is not liable for changes to, or actions by, those third parties.
14. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Disclaimers & No Warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Privana from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms. This includes any fraud, abuse of payment systems, or misrepresentation of refund claims.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 18.2 Arbitration — Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association. 18.3 Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if eligible. 18.4 You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your full name and transaction info.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
20. Entire Agreement & Contact Information
20.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Privana Technologies, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. 20.2 Any failure by Privana Technologies, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
